I was not able to turn off the lights of the scooter in the morning, neither while it is charging. The lights are always on when the scooter is on.

Have you tried using the app to turn off the light? If not. unscrew the top and disconnect the cables. Wait for about 15-20 mins to discharge the control board, then reconnect them as if new.

In my opinion lights are always on, and it is not possible to turn it off while you using scooter. Its a LED light so do not worry it will last for 15 years :)
