If something breaks, who can you contact? The product comes directly from a Chinese company, doesn't it? Are there any repairs, e.g. on the IT part?

The item is shipped from our warehouse. In case of problems or defects within and outside the warranty, you can register a corresponding service case directly in your own customer account.
