Is it permitted to ride this e-scooter on public roads in Switzerland without a licence? The rated power of the motor is 400 W (up to 500 W is permitted), but the peak power is 1000 W

Yes, I've had it for 2 weeks now, it's superb, goes up everywhere and yes, it's legal because the rated power is 400w.

Hello, the maximum rated power may be 500w. However, the maximum power may be 2000w. Dual motors are not allowed.
