Is it possible to adjust the light intensity manually - or is it only automatic?

There are two times three levels. Weak Medium Strong. For Adaptive and Manual. (However, manual does not mean that the intensity can be adjusted by slider or software). I actually only ever need Adaptive Weak for jogging, sometimes Adaptive Strong for hiking/night skiing.
