Is the Polar OH1+ upper arm heart rate band compatible with the Forerunner 255? I want the measurement from the upper arm band to be displayed on the watch instead of the wrist measurement as this is supposed to be more accurate.

Yes, it is compatible. It can transmit via Bluetooth and ANT+.
