Is this cooker stable so that even a large pan of water cannot simply tip over?

The cooker is absolutely stable. Unfortunately I only used mine 4 times, then we bought a camper. Would sell it with 4 full gas cartridges for 50.- + shipping. (joerg.flury@gmail.com)
