The pump will do a good part of the work but the maximum pressure is much too low for a paddle. So the rest still has to be done with the manual pump. Unless you have an electric compressor (reaches high pressures, but only manages small volumes). Unfortunately, the Bosch compressor does not have an adapter for the paddle.

The supplier indicates the following maximum pressures: 0.03 bar /1 psi /3 kPa.
