I think so, this lock is very, very strong. Then, to sleep better, you can contact your insurer and ask for a list or criteria of compliant locks.

I bought it for an electric bike, a mountain bike to be precise. It fits perfectly but you have to be careful to take the maximum length (here 110cm), shorter would have been more complicated.
However, I have a Scott and it is difficult to find a place on the frame where you can attach the mount, because of the thickness of the frame and the battery pack. It is also very heavy.

The lock will be perfectly suitable but it must be attached properly (frame + wheel + immovable support). Its length allows you to secure your bike almost anywhere in town.
