Should this have come with the velco straps to attach the case to the bike frame? My order just arrived and these straps are not included in the package. Do I need to buy them separately?

I 'think' mine came will cable ties, but I mounted it with the screws so I might be misremembering.

This is the SH version https://mobil.abus.com/ch_de... that does not come with the velcro.

The ST version does have velcro straps https://mobil.abus.com/ch_de...

You have to look closely at the images to tell it is an SH though !

Mine came with cable connector type fixations. You can also fix them with screws
