The Fitness T8 came into the shop in Nov 18 - and is now working again. Obviously a strange thing. I'm quite a skilled googler - but I can find NOTHING about THIS model on the internet. This is very strange - or weird as my daughter would say. I'm worried, Galaxus: Why is this model disappearing so quickly? Design or production error! Even though I have 30 years warranty (on site hopefully) I don't want 30 years of hassle. PLEASE reply today SA, thank you. Further the question: what do the units require in terms of maintenance, replacement mat and care? Where does this come from? Thank you.

Hello, it is really strange ;-) You can find this treadmill in sales documents in Australia (https://www.goldfit.com.au/pdf...), but neither the manufacturer nor the resellers mention this treadmill. You have a 24-month on-site warranty from Galaxus. Regarding the 30-year warranty from the manufacturer, this only refers to the frame and the brake. In addition, it is a "parts warranty" which does not include repair, installation and shipping costs ;-) so it is not "on site".
