What about the noise? If you jog on it in a block of flats, is it audible to others? Many thanks for the answers in advance!

First jogging is conditionally possible max. speed is 6kmh. This is fast walking and at most light jogging. Therefore, the noise is low and not audible to your flatmates. The motor and fan are relatively quiet.
