when the bike is faced with a slight incline and you have to apply a little force to the pedals, the belt system disengages and it's impossible to move forward. the slightest force causes the sprocket on the rear wheel belt system to disengage. in short, the bike's crankset only works on downhill and flat terrain. is the sprocket disengagement threshold adjustable?

The problem you describe indicates a possible fault or maladjustment in the bike's belt system. Normally, the sprocket should not disengage when force is applied to the pedals. The belt system may not be correctly adjusted, the belt tension may be too loose or too tight, or the belt may not be correctly positioned on the sprockets. Misalignment can also lead to clutch disengagement. Unfortunately, I haven't found any specific information on whether the sprocket disengagement threshold is adjustable on this model. It would be useful to have the bike checked by a bike mechanic to ensure that all the components are correctly adjusted.
