Where can I purchase a dart board surround for my granboard 3s I have searched but none seem to be for electronic boards, I live in Australia

There are no strandard surrounds for the 3S.
Why do you want a surround, soft tip doesn't damage a wall.
Maybe you can make one yourself, see the link for a DIY one.
