Hello together Question; I cannot select the highest resolution (5120). I connected the laptop normally with the HDMI cable supplied. It can't be the laptop, as it worked fine on another 49" screen with 5120 resolution / the highest resolution was selectable. Please help! I have already tried everything with the settings on the monitor itself but also on the laptop.

This monitor supports full resolution only through display port. To use hdmi you have to use 2 cables and connect it as 2 monitors.
