Hello, to my knowledge this is not possible. Because the Lightstrips have a different connection than the Hue Play. It looks almost identical, but I have read in many forums that the cable did not work for the light strips. You would have to order this cable from Amazon, I couldn't find it at Digitec / Galaxus. Alternatively, I can recommend that if you want to extend the supply cable to the controller, at least that's how I understood it, that you go to a specialist electrical shop.
