3M Dual Lock SJ3540 is a self-adhesive, flexible fastener in roll form. The patented system consists of black polyolefin strips with mushroom-shaped heads on a short stem. When pressed together, it creates a strong yet releasable bond. Unlike traditional fastening systems such as screws or rivets, no holes are required, which preserves the aesthetic appearance of the surface. The synthetic rubber adhesive features high immediate adhesion and is suitable for low-energy surfaces such as PP, PE, and powder-coated materials.
