The ABUS BSB550 floor strike plate is an optional accessory for the window rod locks FOS550 (A, E), FOS650 (A), and FSA3550. It is used in narrow installation conditions on patio doors, meaning when the height of the frame below the window sash is less than 23 mm. The locking rod then engages with the strike plate, which is embedded in the floor.
