ABUS locking box for door rod lock TSS550 in brown

Suitable for flush doors or when no strike plate is to be used at the top of the door.

Application:

• The locking box is required when the standard mounting of the TSS550 door rod lock is not possible and installation above the door frame needs to be anchored in the masonry.

• Additionally, the locking box is used for flush doors. The locking box is screwed to the wall, allowing the bolts of the TSS550 to close into the locking box.

• The wall anchors of the mounting plate are screwed in at an angle, thereby increasing the pull-out resistance.

• The locking box is also compatible with the door additional lock 7010, in case it needs to be replaced.
