Car Radio Adapter Cable ISO. This adapter cable allows an aftermarket car radio to be connected in place of the factory-installed car radio. The connection cable has the necessary socket(s) on the vehicle side, into which the vehicle connectors are plugged. The output-side ISO connectors are ready to plug into the new car radio. For vehicles with a multifunction steering wheel or steering wheel remote control, please use a steering wheel remote control interface, as otherwise the steering wheel buttons will no longer function.
