The Alcadrain shower channel is a flexible floor drainage system with a length of 95 cm, designed for level-access shower installations. Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301), this drainage channel features an adjustable wall connection that accommodates tile thicknesses from 6 to 12 mm. The system includes a dual-chamber siphon made of robust polypropylene, ensuring optimal flow rates between 60 and 68.8 liters per minute while providing complete water tightness. A minimum concrete thickness of 85 mm is required for installation, with the total construction height adjustable between 100 and 158 mm to suit various floor structures. The drainage channel is equipped with a perforated stainless steel grate and is specifically designed for wheelchair-accessible shower areas. A mechanical cleaning function allows maintenance access to the drain pipe connection, which has a standard diameter of 50 mm. The adjustable wall connection provides vertical movement capability of 10 to 15 mm for seamless transitions between floor and wall sealing systems. The product includes all necessary fastening elements: screws 6x50 mm (2 pieces) with 10 mm dowels, screws 4.2x38 mm (3 pieces) with 8 mm dowels, self-adhesive sealing tape, protective films for the connection and siphon inlet, installation cover, as well as M6x12 mm screws for adjustable foot mounting. The drainage system is designed for load class K3 and supports up to 300 kg, featuring a trap function and a pressure resistance of 982 Pa. The surface treatment includes pickling, passivation, and electrochemical polishing for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance in indoor wet room applications.
