Alfa Forni Hybrid Kit for Moderno 3 Pizzas
The Hybrid Kit is Alfa's solution for a hybrid oven that doubles culinary possibilities thanks to the choice of fuel. The Hybrid Kit consists of two parts: the burner cover and the fire stand. The burner cover is a special cover for the gas burner that protects the gas supply from damage when igniting a wood fire. The fire stand is a useful accessory for the convenient handling of the fire in the cooking chamber.
Features:
- Allows the gas oven to be alternatively fueled with wood
- Compatible with Alfa gas models for home use (except for the One)
- Temperature resistant (withstands very high temperatures, tested over 1000 °C)
- Made of AISI 441 stainless steel
- Two accessories: 1 burner cover and 1 fire stand
