The Alfa 1 Pizza, ready to use in just a few minutes, reaches temperatures of up to 500 °C and bakes a true Neapolitan pizza in only 90 seconds. This gas pizza oven features Alfa Heat Genius technology, a fireproof floor, a reinforced stainless steel dome, and double ceramic fiber insulation. This ensures excellent temperature retention during the baking process, which is essential for preparing all recipes from pizza to roasts, vegetables to desserts.
