The saw is made of thermally improved carbon steel 50# (metal disc) and tungsten carbide YG8 (cutting blade) with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2st). It features GS saw blade geometry with a 10-degree rake angle. A laser-cut metal disc with appropriately selected thickness ensures the rigidity of the saw blade and prevents stress on the disc, even when working under high loads and at elevated temperatures. The special HM sintered carbide guarantees a long service life of the teeth and enables repeated sharpening.

The properly selected geometry of the blade and the shape of the GS10 insert (alternately beveled) enable optimum machining quality when cutting wood across the grain. A larger number of teeth for a given diameter of the saw blade results in smooth surfaces of the cut material, especially dry wood. Saws can also be used for longitudinal cutting; however, it is recommended to use saw blades with fewer teeth at a given saw diameter, which significantly increases the cutting speed of the materials to be cut.

Suitable for industrial applications with all kinds of power tools, for cutting soft and hard wood, other wood materials, fiberboard, and plasterboard. Maximum speed is 7,600 rpm.

Attention: To improve the cutting quality of the materials and extend the life of the saw blade, it is recommended that the cutting blade protrudes 1/3 of its height above the thickness of the material during the cutting operation. The saws are not intended for cutting concrete, bricks, terracotta, ceramics, Plexiglas, and other plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and wood materials in combination with other materials.
