The four clamping horns adapt to the product in shape and size. They are rotatable on the axis and hold every object firmly in place. The centering eye ensures plumb working. The workpiece can be aligned and processed level. In addition to the clamping horns, the Spannfix features profiled steel jaws designed as reversible jaws that can be replaced. They have a smooth side as well as a side with a stepped edge and two vertical grooves that prevent rods and bolts from slipping. An integrated ruler allows for direct reading of clamping depths at the vise. The 105 mm clamping range can thus be utilized optimally. The innovative base, including a table clamp, enables the Spannfix to be attached to straight table edges of up to 80 mm, as well as to the corner of the table itself - this is the optimal position to utilize the entire working radius of 330 mm of the Spannfix 4.0.
