The BGS honing tool is a precise and effective tool specifically designed for honing cylinders with an inner diameter of 58 to 168 mm. Equipped with a 3-arm design and honing stones measuring 100 mm in length with medium hardness (grain size 180), this tool allows for uniform processing of the cylinder running surface. The grinding pressure can be individually adjusted via a knurled screw, enabling adaptation to various materials and requirements. The special construction ensures that no cuts are made in the cylinder, which extends the cylinder's lifespan. The drive is provided through a round shank with a diameter of 6.3 mm (1/4 inch), which can be operated with a drill. This honing tool is ideal for use with low-viscosity oil or special oils suitable for honing.
