Product details
For use in automotive engineering, aerospace, hydraulics, plumbing and heating applications. Developed for machining cylinder housings before fitting new piston rings. Features a self-centring internal brush with a filling of flexible silicon carbide balls. Suitable for deburring, surface finishing and honing. Produces evenly honed surfaces with a high contact ratio. Honing does not increase the cylinder diameter; only the surface is reshaped. The honing marks provide the necessary oil adhesion. Can be used with hand drills and stationary machines.
Filling length: 13 mm. Brush length: 72 mm.
The use of grinding oil is recommended.
