Design: Metric threaded inserts made from stainless, spring-shaped stainless steel wire. Continuously free-running, the drive pin is cut off at the notch (break point) after installation. Optimized design with a novel entry area that allows the insert to be positioned and screwed in like a screw. High-strength, continuously free-running HeliCoil®plus threaded inserts made of stainless steel with high wear resistance, low thread friction in tight tolerances, high surface quality, as well as corrosion and heat resistance. The flexible design allows for even load and stress distribution, resulting in durable screw connections of the highest quality for all operating loads (static, dynamic) with ideal force transmission.
