Product details
With the Bohle UV Activator 30, the UV adhesive B-682T can cure even in places where UV radiation is not possible, such as with colored glasses, screen-printed glasses, laminated safety glass, metal-metal connections, etc. Pay attention to thin-layer application! When using Activator 30, the adhesion will always have a slight yellow tint.
Application:
Apply Activator 30 thinly to the smaller workpiece to be joined. Use a piece of clean, lint-free cleaning paper for this. Soak it slightly with Activator 30 and wipe it once over the bonding surface so that it is thinly wetted. Do not use a brush to apply Activator 30, as this would use too much of it. Since Activator 30 contains no solvents, there is no waiting time, and the joining process can continue immediately. Apply adhesive B 682-T to the second bonding part that has not been wetted with Activator 30. Join both parts together, position, and fix them within 30 seconds. After about 5 minutes, the adhesive will have reached handling strength. You can then carefully clean the bond and remove any excess adhesive. The adhesive reaches final strength after 24 hours.
