The Li-Ion plug-in battery pack ECP (with electronic cell protection) and LZA (charge level indicator) delivers battery power without memory and lazy battery effect. ECP enables electronic monitoring of the cells in the battery. This automatically reduces the output power in the device in case of overcharging, overheating or deep discharge. The LTA informs the user how much power is available by displaying the state of charge. The battery also has a low self-discharge rate. After 30 days of inactivity, the battery level is still 96% of its rated capacity. Battery only suitable for Professional Series Li-Ion tools of the same volt class.
