The A20364.1 hot melt adhesive from Bühnen is a versatile universal adhesive based on ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. With a diameter of 12 mm and a package content of 500 pieces, this hot glue is excellent for assembly and permanent bonding in various industries, particularly in the packaging sector. Its tough-elastic properties ensure reliable adhesion of materials such as wood, ceramics, metal, paper, textiles, and plastics, including melamine and rigid PVC. The adhesive complies with FDA guidelines for food packaging and offers a softening temperature of approximately 105 °C, as well as heat resistance of about 65 °C. With a viscosity of 4000 mPas at 180 °C and an open time of around 10 seconds, it is ideal for precise applications. The setting time is approximately 7 seconds, depending on the materials used and the application method.
