Combined with the burner covers integrated into the grill grate, they promise significantly less flare-ups and beautifully juicy grilled food. The grill grate is made of cast iron and includes the Culinary Modular base. This allows for additional cooking inserts such as a pizza stone, chicken roaster, wok, or cast iron pan to be purchased for more creativity and variety while grilling. To use the base, the inner round ring of the grill grate must first be removed to then insert the desired accessory. For even more variety while grilling, the integrated side burner can be used for sauces or other side dishes. Thanks to the Campingaz InstaClean Aqua System, cleaning the grill is quick and hassle-free. To use the system, the front-accessible grease tray must be filled with water. The water can evaporate during grilling, preventing grease and food residues from burning onto the tray, thus saving you from tedious scrubbing. The dirty water can be drained after grilling through a hole into the designated dirt container located on the side of the right grill cart door. The integrated sieve in the container allows for separating food scraps from the dirty water. For space-saving storage after cleaning, the right side table of the 3 Series Onyx S can be folded down using the Push2Fold function.
