Click'n'Crimp crimping system, a novel patented crimping tool system for all common crimping pliers, featuring 3 interchangeable crimp profile inserts that are securely fixed in the plier body by a locking mechanism. This allows for a quick profile change in seconds without the need for additional tools. The two currently unused crimp profile inserts are securely stored in the integrated magazine holders within the plier arms. With Click'n'Crimp, time, space, weight, and costs are saved compared to other system crimping pliers or individual tools. The plier body is made of 3 mm thick, specially tempered, hardened steel sheet, with lever translation for minimal hand force, adjustable ratchet mechanism with forced release for compliant crimping pressure, ergonomic 2-component grip covers, fully equipped with hardened precise crimp profile inserts for insulated cable lugs in red, blue, yellow (0.5 mm² to 6 mm²), insulated and non-insulated ferrules 0.5-10 mm², non-insulated cable lugs 0.5-10 mm². Weight including 3 crimp profile inserts is only 690 g. Replacement profile for shielded 8-pole modular connectors RJ45, type HIROSE.
