The case shells are equipped with an additional aluminum frame for increased stability, two removable tool panels with rubberized tool insertion tabs and sliding rails, as well as a document compartment. An additional tool panel with integrated tool insertion rails is located in the base plate. The case is delivered with 5 raaco Carry-Lite 55 inserts for secure storage of small parts and accessories.

Revolutionary stability features include case shells made of 3.5 mm ABS (airworthy), a reinforced aluminum frame, integrated hinges for the case shells within the frame, a large aluminum handle with a plastic insert, and two recessed cylinder locks in the frame. It also features special high and robust feet for maximum stability.

Revolutionary comfort is ensured by two gas pressure dampers for easy opening of the case, tool panels in the case lid with a 30° tilt for better tool retrieval, a profile grid in the case bottom for the raaco Carry-Lite 55 insert compartment, and tool panels with innovative penetration limitation. The case is made from recyclable materials, with design and development focused on repairability.
