With a lever for TS 98 XEA or TS 92 XEA in XEA design, it allows for precise holding of fire and smoke protection doors, completely independent of other systems, and is monitorable and controllable. The holding point can be adjusted to an opening angle between approximately 80° and 140°. Note: Door stops deactivate the holding function in case of an alarm or power failure, and the door will be closed by the door closer. The adjustable release force (tool-free) allows the holding function to be easily triggered manually.

Includes lever, glide rail, glide piece, electromechanical holding unit, smoke detector, power supply, cover, mounting screws, and end caps. Usable for both DIN-L and DIN-R doors. The device features two separate LEDs for operational and maintenance indication.

Connection options for additional detectors and external manual release, as well as a potential-free alarm contact, are also available.
