The Dormer DIN 374C EX10 MF24x2 mm HSS-E-PM machine tap is a high-precision tool specifically designed for machining ISO metric fine threads. With a pitch of 2 mm and a thread length of 20 mm, this tap is ideal for applications in structural steel, carbon steel, as well as in pure aluminum and aluminum casting. The construction from HSS-E-PM (high-speed steel with powder metallurgy) ensures high wear resistance and durability. The tap features a right-hand cutting direction and a form C entry, which allows for efficient chip removal. With a shank diameter of 18 mm and a square drive, the tap is easy to handle and can be used in various machines. The 45° helix angle provides optimal chip removal and precise thread results.
