Wall-mounted motion detector with a 180° detection range. It features a 16 A high-power relay (tungsten forward contact) and is especially suitable for switching capacitive loads such as electronic ballasts, parallel-compensated fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent lamps, and energy-saving lamps. The device is programmable by remote control, allowing for continuous light ON/OFF and an automatic read-in function of the current light value. It comes with a cover frame available in five different colors and is compatible with brand switches, enabling it to replace any conventional switch. The design is IP 40 rated, making it suitable for damp rooms, garages, and basement exits. It has a vandal-resistant cover with stainless steel screws (accessories included) and prevents unintentional switching, such as by small animals, by masking the vertical detection range with the enclosed cover cap. The universal surface-mounting box is rated IP 20/IP 44 and features a three-fold membrane cable entry. Additionally, it includes an integrated pulse function for controlling automatic staircase lighting or signal devices and can be used for building services or PLC applications.
