Double-row angular contact ball bearings are construction units with solid outer and inner rings as well as ball races. In their design, they resemble paired single-row angular contact ball bearings arranged in an O-configuration, but are slightly narrower than these. They differ in the size of their contact angle and in the design of the bearing rings. The various designs are indicated by so-called suffixes:
- B = Modified internal design
- C2, C3 = Bearing clearance class
- DA = Split inner ring
- M, MA = Solid brass cage, ball-guided, outer ring-guided
- TVH = Plastic cage
- 2RS = Double lip seal
- 2Z = Double gap seal.
