Product details

The fischer Superbond Mortar FIS SB is a hybrid mortar based on styrene-free vinyl ester. The silane technology allows for a very high bond strength, resulting in an exceptionally high load capacity. The Superbond Mortar FIS SB can be used with the system components of the anchor rod FIS A, the anchor rod RG M, and the reinforcement thread anchor FRA, as well as reinforcement bars. When using the internal thread anchor RG M I, the fastening point can be removed flush with the surface. The fischer Superbond Mortar FIS SB is suitable for use with system components for both indoor and outdoor applications, such as railings, sound barriers, or heavy steel structures.

Advantages: The Superbond Mortar FIS SB achieves a very high load capacity due to its bond strength. Variable anchoring depths of 4 to 20 times the diameter of the threaded rod allow for ideal adaptation to the applied load, optimizing installation time and material usage. Maximum application temperatures of up to +150°C open up new areas of application for bonded anchors. The mortar can even be processed at frosty temperatures down to -15°C. The combination with the internal thread anchor RG M I allows for flush removal and reuse of the fastening point, providing optimal flexibility. The standard threaded rod FIS A can be used for light dynamic loads with the mortar injection system FIS SB in sizes M12 and M16 in steel grade 8.8 or in sizes M12, M16, M20, and M24 in stainless steel R, along with the fischer filling set.

Applications: Heavy steel structures, silo systems, high racks, sound barriers, railings, stairs, suspensions for pipelines, cable trays, and ceilings, temporary fixings.
