The fischer cartridge FHB II-P is a system component of the fischer Highbond system FHB II for fastening in non-cracked and cracked concrete. The mortar cartridge contains a styrene-free vinyl ester mortar. It can be used with the fischer Highbond anchor rods FHB II-A S (standard) and FHB II-A L (long) made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, and highly corrosion-resistant steel. The fischer Highbond anchor rods are installed using the setting tool RA-SDS with a rotary hammer. During the installation process, the mortar cartridge is destroyed, mixed, and activates the mortar mass. When tightening the hex nut, the cones of the anchor rod are pulled into the mortar shell, which is then tensioned against the borehole wall. The fischer Highbond system FHB II securely fastens facades, machinery, and steel structures both indoors and outdoors.
