The fischer reaction cartridge RSB mini contains a hybrid mortar based on styrene-free vinyl ester. The reaction cartridge is a system component of the fischer Superbond system for fastening in uncracked and cracked concrete. The attachment components are secured with the fischer anchor rod RG M made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, and highly corrosion-resistant steel. The fischer anchor rod is installed using the composite anchor setting tool with a rotary hammer. During the setting process, the mortar cartridge is destroyed, mixed, and activates the mortar mass. The fischer Superbond reaction cartridge is used, for example, to secure heavy steel structures, soundproof walls, and high shelves.
Advantages: The pre-portioned reaction cartridge RSB is particularly economical for single applications and overhead installations. It is the ideal solution for challenging conditions and installations without waiting time due to rapid curing: approved for processing down to -30°C, also approved for water-filled and diamond-drilled holes, as well as for seismic applications in performance category C1 (only in conjunction with RG M). For each diameter, up to 3 anchoring depths can be achieved with the anchor rod RG M by combining the RSB mini reaction cartridges. The use of the internal thread anchor RG M I allows for flush disassembly of the attachment component and reuse of the fastening point. The angled thread rod RG M can be used for light dynamic loads with the cartridge system RSB in sizes M12, M16, M20, and M24 in stainless steel R with the fischer filling set.
