The fischer pipe clamp FRS is a two-screw pipe clamp made of galvanised steel, material grade DD11, with a combination connection thread M 8/M 10. The design with two screws enables optimised adaptation to the outer diameter of the pipe. Together with the combination connection thread, this increases flexibility. This means that pipework with an external diameter of 12 - 168 mm can be securely fastened with a threaded rod or hanger bolt in accordance with the fire protection requirements of fire resistance class R 120 and MLAR indoors. The pipe clamp meets the requirements of DIN 4109 with a chlorine- and silicone-free sound insulation insert. The FRS zl has outstanding corrosion protection thanks to the application of a zinc flake coating. The fischer FRS is suitable for applications in the temperature range from -40 °C to +100 °C.
