The device is rated IP 67 (waterproof and dustproof) and is registered for MSHA approval (mining applications). The extended operating temperature range is between -15 °C and +55 °C. Over a period of 20 minutes, the multimeter is designed to withstand 95% humidity and has been engineered and tested to easily survive a drop from a height of 3 meters.
