The Gardena connection box is used to connect the faucet with the underground sprinkler system or pipeline. A Gardena professional system tap piece for connection with the professional system connection set is already included. If a watering valve or water socket is added, the hose connection remains under constant pressure; in this case, the hose connection should be secured with an adapter piece to ensure pressure stability. The ball cap disappears inside the connection box when opened, making it no obstacle while mowing the lawn. The wide, surrounding rim prevents grass from growing into the cap. A removable sieve prevents contamination of the box when the cap is open. The Gardena connection box has a ¾” external thread.
