Design:
Mechanical, hand-operated torque multiplier for controlled screw tightening and for loosening screwed connections. Features a two-stage planetary gear and a housing made of high-performance aluminium. Available models have gear ratios of 1:18, 1:22, 1:28.5, and 1:39. All models include a backstop (RS) and non-destructive overload protection "Slipper" to protect the gearbox, suitable for both right- and left-handed use. Each model comes with a model-dependent, cranked reaction arm in a Z-shape made of chrome vanadium steel. Optionally retrofittable with a straight reaction arm in an L-shape, featuring an adjustable reaction square made of light metal. Guaranteed accuracy is better than +/- 3% tolerance. Designed to be operated in conjunction with a torque spanner. There are 4 models with maximum load capacities ranging from 6000 Nm to 13000 Nm. The output square drive includes a hole for power screwdriver inserts with a locking pin and ring.
