Product Description
Technical Advantage/Function:
The locking and securing (A+S) prevent accidental or manipulated adjustments, providing greater process safety for the user.
Classified according to DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 Type II Class A, including a traceable test certificate, calibrated to a maximum permissible deviation of +/- 3%, thus more precise than the +/- 4% required by the standard.
Lightweight yet robust (as the housing is made from a single piece of aluminum) and resistant, very workshop-friendly.
No value shifts or influence on accuracy from two-handed operation or activation outside the handle (as with conventional torque wrenches).
Both the drive square and the pivot point are aligned on the same axis, ensuring high application safety, extendable to reduce the user's workload.
Extremely low wear due to force reduction from the lever mechanism.
Forged lever chain from the company's own quality forge.
Highest precision even with heavy continuous use.
Long service life and high uptime.
Easy operation - quick and secure torque application.
Single and double square for controlled right- or left-hand tightening.
Application:
Controlled screw tightening in the range of 6 - 3000 N·m.
Used in almost all industrial manufacturing sectors.
Design:
With certificate according to DIN EN ISO 6789, traceable through the company's own DAkkS laboratory to the national standard.
Automatic short-term release with a tactile and audible signal.
Dual scale with corresponding scale division.
Type B, BC, C with push-button release.

Scope of Delivery
Extension tube No. 8564-92 + 8572-74.
