The Hager Z-Element Vertical, 90 Degrees XEM510 is a load manager for up to 10 charging points, both static and dynamic, operating locally without backend connection. The device is a rail-mounted unit with integrated software designed for installation on DIN rail and serves as a central control unit for managing multiple charging stations to prevent overload of the power connection.

It can be used for direct measurement of currents per phase up to 63 A or for transformer measurement up to 2500 A. The load manager can operate in static or dynamic load management:

• Static Load Management: The maximum available power for the charging stations is set as a fixed value.
• Dynamic Load Management: The maximum available power for the charging stations is calculated based on the total consumption measurement of the electrical system and the protection of the power connection and is made available to the charging stations.

Connection: Line connection L1-L2-L3 output and L1-L2-L3-N input, 2 x RJ45 interfaces LAN 1 and LAN 2, B(A) Modbus connection (not yet activated) and B(B) is not used.

Function Display: LED display for PWR power indicator, APP application, NET network, and BTN reset button.
