Recoilless hammer with replaceable, wear-resistant nylon impact heads. It features no splintering and low noise. The hammer has high impact strength, and the steel center piece contains a closed cavity partly filled with steel shot. Upon impact, the shot is flung to the impact side, resulting in recoilless impact with an effect up to 100% greater than that of normal soft hammers. The hammer includes a lacquered hickory handle and a steel handle sleeve. Areas of application include hammering in splitting wedges, fence construction, straightening work, track construction, and repair/maintenance work in tool and mechanical engineering.
