Click-lens type with value readout in the display guarantees security for the user. Accuracy ± 4% of the scale value (in direction of actuation for right-hand tightening). For left-hand tightening, use our torque wrenches with insert tool.
Safety features include haptic (close-gap release) and audible ("click" sound). The reversible ratchet allows for easy and safe adjustment of the desired torque value by turning the handle. There is a knob for additionally locking the set value, and three large digits provide an easy-to-read torque setting.
This product comes with a calibration certificate and serial number, and it can be securely stored in a safe box with a display window. The surface is hard chrome plated and meets DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017, DIN 3120, ISO 1174-1 standards.
Made in Germany, the output is a square, solid 12.5 mm (1/2 inch) with dimensions of 660 mm in length and a net weight of 1.53 kg. The torque range is 60-320 Nm with a tolerance of 4%. The scale graduation is 2 Nm, and the actuating force ranges from 10.8 to 59.4 kg.
The number of teeth is 32 (opening angle 11.25°), with a head thickness of 19.6 mm and a head width of 44 mm. It is service-friendly with do-it-yourself repair sets for ratchets, eliminating the risk of losing the square like there is with the wrench.
The hard chrome-plated steel tube is slim yet very sturdy and wear-resistant. An integrated shift lever with a free-running function on the outside square (12.5 = 1/2 inch model) reduces the risk of injury and malfunction. The ergonomically shaped handle with a collar reduces the risk of slipping off and injury, while the safety locking of the handle ensures no risk of injury.
The adjustment of the desired release torque is safe and exact, and the large convex display (replaceable) optimizes readability. Continuous long-term tests on the 5000 series and 6000 series of HAZET torque wrenches have demonstrated that turning them back to the smallest scale value is not required.
