The full thread of the HECO-TOPIX-plus facade screw with variable thread pitch securely pulls the facade boards to the substructure without the need for the head to be sunk deep into the wood. The facade is held by the thread and axially fixed, resulting in higher pull-out loads. This leads to fewer fastening points and greater cost-effectiveness in facade execution. With the use of a full thread, the function of the head is solely to accommodate the screw drive. Therefore, the HECO-TOPIX-plus facade screw features a small lens head that allows for simple, concealed installations and can also lead to reduced moisture accumulation. The screws are made of stainless steel A2, ensuring that corrosion issues due to weather influences, such as rusting screws, are completely eliminated.
