The construction includes a motor mounting plate and base plate made of galvanized steel, allowing for easy installation of suction-side accessories. The fan is equipped with an integrated safety guard and meets safety standards according to DIN EN ISO 13857. The speed-controllable external rotor motor in a closed design ensures quiet operation and is maintenance-free. With an IP 55 protection rating, the motor is optimally protected against dust and moisture, while the externally mounted service switch with IP 65 protection class provides additional convenience.
